Requirements

• At least 2 years of Web3 industry experience
• Experience with exchanges, wallets, custody solutions or DeFi products
• Client identification and qualification skills
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Relationship-building skills
• Understanding of financial markets, derivatives and risk-return
• KPI and results orientation
• Ability to work at a high-intensity pace and travel frequently
• Chinese and English fluency
• Bachelor's degree or above

Responsibilities

• Acquire high-value clients through multiple channels
• Identify and qualify high-potential clients
• Maintain the client lead pipeline
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Review client trading needs, capital scale and product preferences
• Manage portfolio assets under management, trading volume and revenue KPIs
• Provide product comparisons and recommendations
• Deliver customized solutions with internal teams
• Track industry trends and competitor strategies
• Share client feedback and competitive intelligence
