About the Role
You will own and expand partner relationships across the UK. You will build joint go-to-market programs, manage hyperscaler and reseller relationships, connect partner activity to sales pipeline, report program performance, and identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of partnerships, channel sales, or alliances experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud software
- Experience managing VAR or reseller programs
- Experience managing a cloud or hyperscaler partnership
- Partner program development experience
- Demand generation expertise
- Ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes
- Executive relationship-building skills
- Experience in hyper-growth or startup environments
- Knowledge of the UK technology market
- Ability to travel across EMEA
Responsibilities
- Own and grow the UK partner ecosystem
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with VARs and solutions partners
- Manage hyperscaler partnerships, cloud marketplace deal flow, and co-sell motions
- Align partner activity to sales pipeline and drive resell and co-sell opportunities
- Coordinate joint reseller and hyperscaler initiatives
- Develop executive relationships with partner leadership
- Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Support local partner services delivery
- Identify and qualify inbound and proactive partnership opportunities
- Adapt partner programs to the local market with global and EMEA partner teams
