About the Role
You will lead a regional portfolio of data-center projects through floor access and handover. You will build and lead delivery teams, manage partners, set delivery standards, resolve blockers on site, and own schedule, quality, safety, and capacity outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years delivering data-center or mission-critical construction
- Senior owner-side or GC-side project-campus leadership experience
- Experience leading a multi-project portfolio and delivery team
- Knowledge of development, permitting, design, equipment, construction, commissioning, and handover
- Executive-level developer, GC, and third-party relationship management
- Ability to lead through on-site presence
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-specialist stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead regional data-center project delivery
- Hire, develop, empower, and lead Senior Delivery Managers
- Plan portfolio resourcing and headcount
- Manage developer, contractor, owner’s-representative, and trade relationships
- Own schedule, quality, and safety outcomes
- Select, contract, and manage project partners
- Set and enforce delivery standards
- Identify and clear project blockers
- Provide executive reporting on progress and capacity projections
