About the Role
You will own relationships and performance oversight for EMEA colocation and data centre providers. You will govern SLAs, meetings, maintenance planning, changes, incidents, compliance, reporting, capacity coordination, and vendor escalations while building the regional function as it grows.
Requirements
- Exceptional supplier and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing or stakeholder-management role.
- Experience in a mission-critical data centre environment.
- Commercial and contractual knowledge of SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards.
- Experience arranging and managing critical operational meetings.
- Ability to build a function in an ambiguous environment.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA, including internationally, up to approximately 25%.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic relationships with EMEA data centre vendors.
- Establish, track, and enforce SLAs and OLAs.
- Manage commercial escalation for SLA credits and contract compliance.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and monthly operational meetings.
- Coordinate vendor changes, incidents, RCA, and CAPA processes.
- Manage the annual planned preventative maintenance planner.
- Govern audit cadence and closure with Reliability Engineering.
- Ensure vendor maintenance documentation is reviewed.
- Verify provider compliance against relevant standards and mandates.
- Review vendor reporting and feed quality-assured data into executive reporting.
- Coordinate capacity, power, and fit-out schedules with planning and deployment teams.
- Define and build the future regional vendor-governance function.
