About the Role
You will run the daily Trust and Safety operating floor. You will manage review queues, service levels, escalations, vendor capacity and performance, quality and training programs, capacity planning, reviewer tooling, and reviewer wellness initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Trust and Safety, content moderation, or CX operations
- 2+ years managing reviewers or vendor teams
- Operational metrics ownership
- Vendor or BPO management
- QA and calibration program experience
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day enforcement operations, including queue health, latency, SLAs, and escalations
- Own vendor and BPO performance, capacity forecasting, quality enforcement, contract performance, and site management
- Build and run training, QA, and calibration programs
- Manage capacity planning across headcount, vendor spend, and automation
- Define reviewer workflow tooling requirements and partner with Engineering to deliver them
- Support reviewer wellness and resilience programs
