About the Role
You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and instrumentation, control, and automation systems. You will inspect, test, calibrate, repair, commission, troubleshoot failures, execute SAP work orders, document maintenance activities, and coach junior technicians.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permits, and risk assessments
- Supervise assigned contractors for safety and quality compliance
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Inspect, test, and repair equipment
- Install, commission, and modify equipment and systems
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems
- Conduct loop checks, signal testing, and tuning
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Support root-cause analysis
- Execute work orders in SAP and maintain documentation
- Coach junior technicians
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
