About the Role

You will monitor the performance and availability of automated material-handling systems from a remote operations center. You will coordinate responses to incidents, assess robotic-vehicle failures, review logs, troubleshoot software issues, document operating practices, identify root causes, and improve system uptime and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related or equivalent work experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a computer, automation, warehousing, manufacturing, or similar operational environment.
• Knowledge of automation, warehousing, and business processes.
• Ability to review performance, recognize trends, troubleshoot issues, and use data for problem solving.
• Written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work across technical and operational teams, and operate independently.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor automation system performance and availability.
• Support control center operations and coordinate responses to escalated incidents.
• Manage defined automation system use cases to maintain uptime, performance, and availability.
• Assess automated robotic vehicle failures, examine log files, document findings, and alert service personnel.
• Troubleshoot software-related issues with software engineers and onsite teams.
• Develop standard operating procedures, documentation, and operating best practices.
• Identify root causes and improve automation system performance.
