About the Role
You will manage daily on-site construction execution across project phases. You will coordinate contractors and stakeholders, monitor schedules and risks, oversee RFIs and change orders, enforce quality and safety standards, supervise site roles, maintain project records, lead owner-architect-contractor meetings, manage closeout items, and support turnover.
Requirements
- 8+ years of construction management experience
- At least 3 years of data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial project experience
- Experience managing general contractors and subcontractor teams
- Knowledge of CPM scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to interpret construction documents
- OSHA 30 certification
- Valid driver's license
- Full-time on-site presence Monday through Friday
- Weekend availability during critical milestones
Responsibilities
- Provide full-time on-site construction management
- Serve as the primary interface between the general contractor, project, design, and vendor stakeholders
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs and coordination meetings
- Monitor project schedules, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies
- Oversee RFI, submittal, and change-order processes
- Enforce contract requirements, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Supervise the MEP Manager and coordinate site roles
- Maintain construction logs, photo documentation, and written reports
- Lead or participate in owner-architect-contractor meetings
- Track punch-list items through completion and closeout
- Support acceptance, turnover, systems verification, and documentation handover
