About the Role
You will represent the owner at a live data center construction site. You will conduct daily site walks, verify progress, review project documentation, coordinate with the landlord and general contractor, monitor safety, track punch-list items, support acceptance decisions, and maintain records for delivery disputes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of mission-critical or large commercial construction experience in a field or owner's-representative role
- Ability to read MEP and architectural drawings and specifications
- OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training
- Ability to operate independently on a landlord-controlled site
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site walks and verify progress against the build schedule
- Review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
- Escalate delayed landlord or general-contractor responses
- Track punch-list items and support acceptance and turnover decisions
- Coordinate daily with the landlord and general contractor
- Monitor safety compliance and escalate incidents
- Maintain photo and log documentation and pay-application support
