About the Role
You will lead construction delivery across a portfolio of concurrent data-center sites. You will manage schedules, budgets, quality risks, safety coordination, approvals, and turnover to commissioning. You will coordinate landlords, contractors, trade partners, design engineering, and project controls while reporting portfolio status and resource needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of data-center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial construction management experience
- Multi-site or regional construction oversight experience
- Experience with landlord-delivered shell space and tenant improvement scopes
- MEP systems, commissioning sequencing, and high-density compute fit-out expertise
- Experience managing general contractors and trade partners across distributed sites
- Schedule and cost tracking expertise
- Ability to travel frequently across a multi-state portfolio
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 3–5 concurrent data-center construction sites
- Drive shell acceptance and tenant fit-out delivery on schedule and budget
- Escalate schedule, cost, and quality risks
- Coordinate site safety-program execution
- Enforce BOD and drawing approval before construction proceeds
- Manage handoffs from construction completion toward commissioning
- Represent construction interests in landlord and lease delivery terms
- Report portfolio status, risks, and resourcing needs
