About the Role
You will lead Procore's end-to-end functional design, implementation, governance, and ongoing operation. You will configure project, financial, quality, safety, and resource-management functions; manage integrations; simplify system designs; support go-live; and align project, finance, procurement, legal, and operations stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Procore experience
- Multiple full-cycle implementations or major programme rollouts
- Construction and capital-project expertise
- Experience integrating Procore with ERPs, document management, and scheduling platforms
- Experience in data centre, infrastructure, or capital-intensive construction environments
- Experience with data platforms or analytics teams
- Ability to communicate with system integrators, vendors, and senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through user testing and implementation
- Configure Procore across Project Management, Financial Management, Quality and Safety, and Resource Management
- Manage integrations with NetSuite, document management, scheduling tools, and Foundry
- Manage users, project templates, and permission models
- Deliver custom workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Own Procore functional governance and post-go-live reliability
- Define scalable configurations, a minimum viable go-live, and a phased roadmap
- Lead UAT, cutover, post-go-live stabilisation, and functional issue resolution
