About the Role
You will oversee daily operations at the Zurich site. You will optimize processes, manage robot fleet operations and testing spaces, coordinate logistics and resources, analyze operational data, produce reports, and ensure safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Operations management experience in logistics, autonomous vehicles, or fleet management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Working proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor operational processes and procedures.
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks and improvement areas.
- Support testing and release validation processes.
- Manage the onsite robot fleet and organize operational and testing spaces.
- Coordinate robot and spare-parts logistics across business sites and with shipping providers.
- Allocate personnel, schedules, equipment, and materials.
- Analyze operational data and create reports with recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
