About the Role
You will own ambiguous operational initiatives from problem definition through handoff. You will diagnose friction, align stakeholders, clear blockers, build SOPs and workflows, analyze operational data, and establish the tooling and metrics needed to run each function.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading a team or developing product or operational processes
- Cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to use AI to enhance productivity
Responsibilities
- Own new operational initiatives from problem statement to handoff-ready function
- Diagnose operational friction and implement fixes
- Align cross-functional stakeholders and clear blockers
- Build SOPs, workflows, tooling, and operational metrics
- Analyze and validate operational data
- Handle operational work that keeps the Data team running smoothly
