About the Role
You will shape roadmaps and business cases, map processes, gather and translate requirements, and create sprint-ready work. You will facilitate solution design, lead validation and release readiness, embed compliance controls, resolve production issues, and identify workflow automation and AI opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in a senior business systems, business process, product, program, or comparable enterprise-systems role
- Experience leading end-to-end business transformations
- Functional depth in enterprise domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, People, or Legal
- Experience with ERP and adjacent business platforms
- Business-analysis skills including process modeling, requirements elicitation, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, and release readiness
- Experience with SOX, compliance, controls, governance, and audit requirements
- Ability to maintain a hybrid presence in the Bay Area
Responsibilities
- Shape roadmaps, business cases, intake, prioritization, and measurable outcomes
- Lead process mapping, root-cause analysis, and gap assessments
- Translate business needs into requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate cross-functional design sessions and evaluate solution tradeoffs
- Maintain requirements traceability and lead functional validation and user acceptance testing
- Embed compliance, auditability, security, data quality, and operational controls into designs
- Analyze production issues and business-process KPIs
- Lead or support vendor evaluations
- Identify workflow automation and AI-enabled opportunities
- Establish reusable business-analysis standards and coach peers
