About the Role
You will lead regional distribution activities to grow and retain users of financial products. You will manage supervisors and field distributors, develop acquisition and retention strategies, remove growth blockers, hire and train team members, build a distribution roadmap, use data to monitor performance, and align operational plans with the agency team.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or team management
- 4+ years of relevant experience managing field teams or field-based user-acquisition teams
- 2+ years of experience designing user-acquisition strategies for a telecom, payment service provider, FMCG, or financial institution
- 2+ years of experience managing large teams of 50+ people
- Work authorization in Niger
Responsibilities
- Manage supervisors and team leads who manage field-based distributors
- Identify and resolve blockers to user growth and active product usage
- Develop strategies to retain newly acquired users
- Hire, train, and manage distribution team members
- Build systems to scale distribution
- Build and iterate on the regional distribution roadmap to achieve quarterly objectives
- Use data to inform distribution strategies and monitor team performance
- Work with the agency team to align objectives and operationalize strategies
- Share insights to develop the distribution strategy
- Ensure team members embody Wave's values
