About the Role

You will lead end-to-end growth and market expansion across active and new Latin American markets. You will set country strategies, direct paid, organic, community, agency, and influencer channels, and use performance data to optimize campaigns and spend. You will identify product and funnel issues, shape improvements with product partners, create market-entry playbooks, and make data-backed resourcing decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, sales, field marketing, or community-led roles
  • Growth experience at a fintech, remittance, or consumer technology company
  • Experience owning KPIs including new users, CAC, and conversion across multiple channels
  • Familiarity with LATAM diaspora communities and US-based corridors
  • Experience managing paid campaigns and interpreting performance data
  • Experience managing an 8-figure annual growth budget
  • Ability to diagnose product and funnel problems using data
  • Experience managing agencies or external partners

Responsibilities

  • Own new sender growth strategy across active LATAM markets
  • Run paid-growth campaigns and optimize creatives, campaigns, and spend allocation using CAC, CTR, and conversion data
  • Manage organic and community channels, including agency and influencer relationships
  • Identify regional product and funnel issues and recommend improvements to the product team
  • Build market-entry playbooks for new LATAM countries
  • Make data-backed decisions on hiring and external market resources
  • Use and validate AI tools for analysis, campaign briefs, and competitor research
