About the Role
You will design, build, and scale recruiting systems and programs. You will improve interviewer training and pool health, run recruiting-team onboarding and enablement, support specialty hiring programs, and create cross-functional playbooks and infrastructure that make recruiting more consistent and scalable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, recruiting operations, or a cross-functional role
- Experience building or improving programs and systems
- Experience building custom AI agents and skills and teaching others to use them
- Project management skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders, timelines, and competing priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive or high-profile work with discretion
- Analytical skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design interviewer systems, training, standards, and effectiveness measures
- Manage interviewer-pool health and experimental interview formats
- Build and run recruiting-team onboarding and enablement programs
- Provide program-management support for specialty hiring initiatives
- Create cross-functional processes, communications, and coordination frameworks
