About the Role
You will own the recruiting technology stack, workflows, data, reporting, and automation that support hiring. You will build analytics, improve data quality, partner on workforce planning, run hiring experiments, lead interviewer training, establish operating rhythms, and improve the candidate experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years in recruiting operations, talent operations, People Operations, business operations, or analytics
- Experience scaling a function at a high-growth company
- Hands-on ATS administration and workflow-building experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards
- Comfort with SQL and business intelligence tools
- Experience building internal tools automations prompt libraries or workflow experiments
- Experience implementing AI-powered recruiting automation
- Experience partnering with recruiters hiring managers Finance People and Data stakeholders
- Experience with headcount planning tools HRIS systems or data teams is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Own the recruiting technology stack and vendor relationships
- Design and improve hiring workflows
- Build recruiting analytics dashboards and forecasts
- Establish data hygiene and reporting standards
- Implement AI and automation with appropriate guardrails
- Test sourcing interview and automation approaches
- Lead interviewer training and structured interview programs
- Manage candidate scheduling communications and feedback loops
