About the Role

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and business roles, from sourcing and outreach through offer and close. You will partner with hiring managers to align on role needs, maintain organized ATS data and reporting, and forecast hiring plans. You will strengthen employer brand, refine recruiting processes, and run experiments to improve speed and quality of hire while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record closing candidates across technical and business functions
  • Highly organized and systems-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relentlessly hardworking and resourceful with strong judgment
  • Interest in startups and technology
  • Existing network within fintech crypto or developer-focused companies (style point)
  • Understanding of compensation benchmarking and offer strategy (style point)
  • Experience implementing or improving ATS workflows specifically with Ashby (style point)

Responsibilities

  • Manage searches end to end: source screen interview and close candidates
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand role needs and ensure alignment
  • Source talent creatively and strategically beyond traditional channels
  • Own candidate experience from first touch through close
  • Maintain organized high-quality data and reporting in ATS
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and define hiring plans
  • Strengthen employer brand through storytelling and consistent messaging
  • Continuously refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency speed and quality of hire
  • Experiment measure and improve recruiting strategies and systems to scale hiring
