About the Role
You will manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will support recruitment for commercial, tech, compliance, and operations roles, coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding logistics, and partner with hiring managers to secure timely quality hires. You will coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations, and Treasury teams, support performance review cycles and compensation processes, act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, and assist in HR initiatives related to culture, engagement, and learning.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of HR experience preferably in fintech tech or financial services
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor regulations
- Experience supporting multi-country or regional teams is a plus
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English Thai language preferred
Responsibilities

- Assist in HR initiatives related to culture engagement and learning
