About the Role
You will own the recruitment lifecycle for global and local roles during a nine-month maternity leave replacement. You will partner closely with hiring managers, lead hiring from kickoff to offer, proactively source candidates using creative channels and AI, assess candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment, use funnel metrics to optimize pipeline health, and ensure a fast, transparent, high-touch candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-moving tech company
- Proven track record as a proactive sourcer and talent hunter
- Deep experience using AI tools to improve sourcing, research, and outreach
- Strong business acumen and curiosity about product and market
- High-level verbal and written English communication skills
- High energy, fast learner, and strong sense of ownership
- Legal right to work in the country where the position is based (no visa sponsorship)
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire hiring process from kickoff to offer
- Partner with hiring managers and advise on market reality

- Identify red flags early and maintain a high hiring bar
- Use funnel metrics and conversion data to optimize pipelines
- Ensure a fast, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience
- Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and community outreach
- Leverage AI tools for sourcing, research, and outreach
