About the Role

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will source candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, manage external headhunting firms and recruitment agencies, oversee employment contract preparation, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 5 to 12 years professional experience in talent acquisition or HR
  • Proven track record managing external headhunting firms and recruitment vendors
  • Experience drafting and reviewing employment contracts and legal hiring documents
  • Ability to work full-time in Singapore or Thailand
  • Preferred: recruitment experience in Fintech, banking, or Web3
  • Preferred: experience hiring for Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, or Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Manage external headhunters and recruitment agencies and ensure high-quality pipelines and SLAs
  • Oversee preparation and issuance of employment contracts compliant with local labor laws
  • Support regional hiring and expansion across Southeast Asia
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Singapore Ministry of Manpower and Thailand labor regulations
