About the Role
You will own the HR business partner function across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, transfers, offboarding, and operational HR support. You will lead the Recruitment Team, set its strategy and priorities, partner with hiring managers, analyze recruitment metrics, and improve hiring processes. You will work with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and organizational effectiveness. You will also run HR brand initiatives, support employees in Cyprus and internationally, and introduce AI and automation tools into HR and recruitment workflows.
Requirements
- Have 4–5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Have experience managing a team; recruitment or talent team experience is preferred.
- Have experience working in an international company and familiarity with EU and US markets.
- Have experience partnering with senior leaders and driving organizational change, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Have strong HR analytics skills, including recruitment and engagement metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights.
- Understand recruitment metrics and the talent market.
- Have experience with HR brand initiatives such as eNPS and well-being programs.
- Have hands-on experience or strong interest in AI-driven HR and recruitment tools.
- Have experience working with international or distributed teams across different jurisdictions.
- Have C1 English proficiency.
- Have strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Own the HRBP function across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, internal transfers, offboarding, and operational support.
- Lead the Recruitment Team and align its strategy and priorities with business goals.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive HR brand initiatives, including eNPS and well-being surveys.
- Identify, pilot, and implement AI and automation tools for HR and recruitment processes.
- Support employees in Cyprus and across international distributed teams.
