About the Role
You will define the long-range HRIS strategy and create a roadmap for Workday and related people systems. You will coordinate cross-functional programs from discovery through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will design scalable integrations, configure Workday across core people areas, establish SOX ITGC controls, facilitate stakeholder design discussions, and develop reporting and dashboards. You will also identify practical automation and AI opportunities that improve people technology workflows and delivery.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Workday Human Capital Management, compensation, benefits, time tracking, talent, performance, and security.
- Experience coordinating end-to-end people technology programs across multiple business functions and distributed stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Workday integration design, including Enterprise Interface Builder and cross-system integration patterns.
- Experience in a public company environment with knowledge of SOX ITGC and compliant system practices.
- Ability to partner with senior leaders and executives and clearly communicate system recommendations, tradeoffs, and impact.
- Experience creating structure and identifying future needs amid ambiguity.
- Interest in applying AI and automation to improve workflows and problem-solving.
- Experience with structured problem-solving, clarifying questions, and tradeoff evaluation.

- Architect scalable integrations across the people technology ecosystem.
- Drive complex Workday configuration across Human Capital Management, compensation, benefits, talent, performance, security, and related areas.
- Own the approach to SOX ITGC for People systems.
- Facilitate design discussions with senior stakeholders and executives.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and data-informed frameworks for leaders.
- Promote automation and AI use within people technology workflows.
