About the Role
You will own the HR partnership for an assigned client group, build trusted relationships with leaders, and translate business priorities into people strategies. You will advise on talent planning, performance management, organizational design, employee relations, and capability building. You will lead change initiatives, diagnose people issues, use data to measure impact, coach leaders, and partner with cross-functional people functions to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of HR Business Partner experience with direct leader partnership.
- 6–7 years of professional experience.
- Experience in fast-paced, complex business environments.
- Experience in organizational change, talent management, and performance management.
- Ability to diagnose people issues and recommend business-informed solutions.
- Experience building relationships with leaders at multiple levels.
- Experience leading projects and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to use data and metrics to measure and communicate impact.
- HR expertise in talent planning, performance management, employee relations, organizational structure, engagement, and culture.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own HR partnership for an assigned client group.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and understand their strategic priorities.
- Support talent planning, performance management, organizational structure decisions, and capability building.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure clear communication, leader alignment, and adoption.
- Diagnose people issues, identify root causes, and develop business-informed solutions.
- Measure the impact of people strategies and use data to improve decisions and outcomes.
- Coach leaders on talent development, leadership effectiveness, and high-performing teams.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, Legal, Employee Relations, and Analytics.
- Execute talent planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational change work.
- Improve HRBP processes, tools, skills, and approaches.
