About the Role

In this 12-month contract role, you will advance end-to-end recruitment for experienced technical talent. You will develop sourcing strategies, map and headhunt niche talent, design selection processes, review resumes, interview and assess candidates, negotiate salaries, and close candidates. You will partner with stakeholders and recruitment partners, build candidate pipelines, identify passive talent, advise on hiring best practices, report pipeline insights, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience from application to offer.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end experienced recruitment, ideally in-house and within financial services, technology, or professional services.
  • Knowledge of technology domains.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels using a consultative approach.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using recruitment platforms such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience using Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing strategies, talent mapping, headhunting, selection processes, resume review, interviewing, candidate assessment, salary negotiations, and candidate closing.
  • Build candidate pipelines through partnerships with stakeholders, sourcing partners, and recruitment partners.
  • Design and deliver approaches to source and identify passive talent.
  • Create, recommend, and implement pipeline strategies through sourcing, referrals, and research.
  • Coach, guide, and advise stakeholders on hiring processes and best practices.
  • Provide data-driven insights into hiring-pipeline health and deliver direction and training to stakeholders.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from application through offer.
  • Assess cultural add and represent the organisation's culture.
