About the Role
You will partner with corporate development and technical leaders to evaluate acquisition targets, assess technical talent, and build relationships with founders and engineers. You will support recruiting, onboarding, and competitive offers for talent joining through acquisitions while handling sensitive conversations discreetly.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience
- At least 3 years supporting corporate development, M&A, or acquihire processes
- Familiarity with modern recruiting systems
- Experience hiring engineers, research scientists, and technical leaders
- Ability to assess exceptional technical teams
- Experience handling sensitive hiring situations
- Ability to partner with corporate development, legal, people, and technical leadership
Responsibilities
- Evaluate M&A targets for talent quality, cultural alignment, and strategic fit
- Build relationships with founders, technical leaders, and engineers at target companies
- Lead technical talent assessments for potential acquisitions
- Own recruiting and support onboarding for technical talent joining through acquisitions
- Collaborate on competitive offers for founders and technical talent
- Maintain confidentiality in sensitive conversations
