About the Role

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through closing and onboarding. You will build diverse talent pipelines, develop campus recruiting strategies, represent the employer at university events, and help operate internship and early-career programs. You will use recruiting data to improve processes and report progress to hiring partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle or university recruiting experience.
• Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Proficiency with recruiting metrics and data.
• Collaboration skills.
• Relationships with career centers, student organizations, faculty, and ambassadors.
• Experience planning and executing campus engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive diverse hiring initiatives.
• Use recruiting metrics and analytics to improve processes and achieve hiring targets.
• Develop and execute campus recruiting strategy.
• Build relationships with universities and student communities.
• Represent Sierra at campus recruiting events and career fairs.
• Build and operate internship and early-career programs.
