About the Role
You will lead the hiring strategy for non-technical functions, including G&A, GTM, Finance, and Legal. You will recruit, mentor, and develop recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators; create scalable hiring processes; advise business leaders; build talent pipelines; and manage recruitment budgets using data-driven forecasting.
Requirements
- 12+ years of talent acquisition experience leading non-technical hiring teams
- Experience scaling recruitment functions 10x+ during hyper-growth phases from 800+ employees
- Ability to anticipate talent needs 6–12 months ahead of business growth
- Expertise in talent analytics, metrics development, and data-informed decision-making
- Experience coaching and mentoring high-performing teams
- Experience hiring for HR, administration, support, finance, legal, and other business roles in a technology setting
- Experience designing scalable, data-driven hiring processes
- Experience developing high-performing, high-volume team members and career progression paths
