About the Role
You will own the full technical recruiting lifecycle, from defining sourcing strategies and outreach through interview design, candidate experience, and closing. You will partner with leadership to identify hiring needs, create role scorecards and structured processes, and build scalable recruiting systems. You will source and engage engineering talent, assess technical hiring signals, and strengthen the talent brand.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience hiring technical talent, especially engineers
- Experience in high-growth startups or DevTool or AI companies
- Ability to source and close engineering candidates in competitive markets
- Understanding of developer profiles and technical hiring signals
- Experience owning the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle
- Ability to define hiring plans, role scorecards, and structured hiring processes
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to build scalable, data-driven systems
