About the Role
You will provide strategic and operational leadership for a radioisotope portfolio. You will coordinate priorities, budgets, resources, schedules, risks, reporting, and technical maturation across projects. You will improve management processes, lead assessments, preserve technical knowledge, and represent the program with stakeholders.
Requirements
- BS degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field
- 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in radioisotope management, nuclear operations, research program management, or project management
- Experience leading complex technical programs or portfolios through matrixed organizations
- Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and deliverables
- Ability to develop management processes, guidelines, and continuous-improvement practices
- Analytical, organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain an HSPD-12 PIV badge
- Ability to pass a Federal Tier 1 background investigation

Responsibilities
- Advise the Radioisotope Program Manager and act on their behalf when delegated
- Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, dependency resolution, and corrective actions
- Develop and improve project-management methods, governance, reporting, and decision processes
- Direct technical maturation guidelines and decision criteria
- Oversee project execution, ensuring safe, on-schedule, in-scope, and on-budget delivery
- Coordinate budgets, cost forecasting, resource allocation, and integrated planning
- Lead knowledge-management and knowledge-transfer processes
- Coordinate assessments, reviews, and continuous-improvement initiatives
- Represent the program in internal and external stakeholder meetings
- Support portfolio growth and strategic planning
