About the Role

You will lead a portfolio of retrofit projects for existing customer sites. You will manage Project Managers, prioritize and resource projects, control schedules and budgets, own customer escalations, align cross-functional stakeholders, and establish repeatable delivery, safety, and execution controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 8 years of project or program management experience in industrial, distribution, manufacturing, automation, or similarly complex technical environments
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience
• Experience owning project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost performance
• Experience managing concurrent project portfolios, resources, priorities, risks, and customer commitments
• Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience managing executive-level customer relationships, project escalations, and change control
• Ability to establish or scale a team, function, operating model, or standardized delivery process
• Experience with stage-gate governance, project controls, and risk management
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, SAP, or comparable tools
• Communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management credential preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer projects from prioritization through delivery
• Lead, develop, and manage Project Managers
• Serve as the customer relationship owner and primary escalation point
• Maintain cost-control accountability, budgets, stage gates, and financial controls
• Align scope, schedules, resources, costs, and execution requirements with cross-functional stakeholders
• Establish and improve project delivery playbooks, safety practices, and execution controls
• Define ownership and coordination with regional execution teams
