About the Role
You will independently manage large-scale transmission, distribution, and infrastructure projects from planning through construction. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and risk; maintain project plans and cash flows; coordinate stakeholders and outages; lead procurement and contract administration; forecast costs; report to leadership; mitigate risks; mentor junior project managers; and improve PMO processes.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience managing capital construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-million-dollar capital projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and risk
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, cash flows, and risk registers
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to execute construction milestones and outages safely and on time
- Lead procurement planning, scope development, bid evaluations, and contract administration
- Track and forecast project costs and provide monthly reporting
- Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Support mentoring and development of junior project managers
- Participate in PMO process-improvement and lessons-learned initiatives
