About the Role
You will lead planning, scheduling, and delivery for data center projects, including site activations, construction works, facility upgrades, and network infrastructure. You will establish PMO governance, manage design consultants and contractors, and track portfolio milestones and KPIs. You will oversee CAPEX, procurement, contracts, change control, EHS compliance, project risks, financial reporting, permits, and stakeholder coordination. You will travel to Korean data center sites to support reviews, audits, assessments, and startup activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent
- 5–10+ years of technical project, program, or PMO management experience
- Experience with large-scale data center projects in greenfield or pre-construction phases
- Experience establishing and maturing PMO functions and governance frameworks
- Experience in document control and contract administration
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar infrastructure programs
- Experience managing vendor and contract relationships
- Ability to travel within Korea
Responsibilities
- Establish and operate PMO governance, methodologies, templates, and documentation
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of data center projects
- Define, track, and report portfolio KPIs and milestones
- Manage design consultants and installation contractors
- Oversee CAPEX budgets, forecasting, cost optimization, and vendor performance
- Manage procurement from tender through contract award
- Manage contracts, changes, variations, claims, and progress claims
- Oversee subcontractor performance and site access documentation
- Implement risk, issue, and change-management processes
- Ensure governance, quality, regulatory, security, and EHS compliance
- Maintain budgets, cash-flow forecasts, financial tracking, and project documentation
- Coordinate clients, senior leaders, cross-functional teams, authorities, and utilities
- Travel to sites for reviews, audits, risk assessments, and startup support
