About the Role

You will lead a portfolio of treasury-platform implementations across the Middle East. You will create delivery plans and reporting, manage resources, risks, dependencies, and client issues, facilitate executive reviews, mentor project managers, and improve delivery practices.

Requirements

5+ years of program or project management experience
At least 2 years managing enterprise SaaS, enterprise software, or professional-services implementations
Experience managing complex multi-solution programs
Stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience with systems integrators, consulting firms, and third-party partners
Knowledge of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management
Risk and issue management experience
Experience mentoring project managers or consultants
Ability to work across Middle Eastern business cultures, time zones, and working-week conventions
Willingness to travel regionally

Responsibilities

Lead program delivery across concurrent client implementations
Manage client sponsor and executive stakeholder relationships
Develop program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and reporting
Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and client concerns
Facilitate executive status updates, steering committees, and post-implementation reviews
Mentor project managers and provide delivery oversight
Coordinate with product, engineering, consulting, sales, and customer success
Improve governance, change management, playbooks, and delivery methodology
