About the Role
You will translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs. You will lead technology projects from planning through delivery, manage scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources, establish governance and reporting, mentor BA and PM staff, and keep senior stakeholders informed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or a related field
- 10 or more years of technology-project experience
- At least 5 years of leadership experience
- Knowledge of technology platforms, digital transformation, and enterprise systems
- Project-management methodology experience, including Agile and Waterfall
- Leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and pain points
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and solution designs
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis
- Lead technology-project planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Drive collaboration among business units, technology teams, and vendors
- Establish project governance, tracking, reporting, and compliance frameworks
- Mentor and develop business-analysis and project-management staff
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
