About the Role
You will lead strategic talent acquisition and people-experience programs from planning through sustainable operations. You will optimize recruiting processes, establish governance, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, drive change adoption, improve recruiting technology workflows, and use operational data to measure outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience leading complex programs, process improvements, transformations, or organizational change
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Program and project management skills including planning, governance, risk management, execution, and performance measurement
- Experience supporting talent acquisition programs and understanding the recruiting lifecycle
- Experience redesigning end-to-end processes and implementing scalable playbooks or SOPs
- Hands-on change management experience
- Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions and measure impact
- Communication, facilitation, analysis, and stakeholder-management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, launch, and improvement of talent acquisition and people-experience programs
- Define program scope, objectives, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and success measures
- Translate hiring priorities into roadmaps, workstreams, implementation plans, and operating models
- Maintain program plans and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions
- Coordinate recruiters, coordinators, sourcers, hiring managers, interviewers, systems teams, and partners
- Optimize recruiting processes from demand intake through preboarding
- Design future-state workflows and scalable process improvements
- Develop playbooks, SOPs, templates, toolkits, and governance practices
- Improve ATS workflows, reporting, integrations, and automation
- Develop change-management, communication, training, enablement, and reinforcement plans
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and issue resolution
- Establish governance models, reporting mechanisms, and program documentation
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to measure outcomes and guide improvements
