About the Role
You will lead several enterprise implementation programs from initiation through go-live and stabilization. You will coordinate customer and internal stakeholders, maintain plans and governance, manage risks and dependencies, monitor delivery health, and improve implementation processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise project or program management experience
- Experience managing complex enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of PMI methodologies, project lifecycle management, governance, risk management, and change management
- Experience creating implementation plans, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and delivery governance structures
- Organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree
- PMP certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple enterprise implementation programs from initiation through go-live and post-launch stabilization
- Develop project plans, timelines, RAID logs, governance frameworks, and status reports
- Coordinate customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams
- Facilitate steering committees, project reviews, risk assessments, and executive updates
- Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints
- Monitor project health, milestones, deliverables, budget considerations, and customer satisfaction
- Align implementation activities with contractual commitments and business objectives
- Establish communication cadences with clients and internal stakeholders
- Refine implementation methodologies, templates, processes, and reporting standards
- Support strategic customer initiatives, prioritization, and operational planning
