About the Role
You will manage end-to-end client implementations, including scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, governance, communication, and risks. You will coordinate internal teams, banking integrations, and client stakeholders across Latin America and the United States while improving delivery processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of client-facing project-management experience
- Experience in SaaS or B2B enterprise software is preferred
- Experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Understanding of treasury management systems or financial software is advantageous
- Project risk and issue-management capability
- Strong listening, presentation, and consultative communication skills
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience with Latin American and United States clients
- Business-level Spanish fluency
- Existing right to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client implementation delivery
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Serve as the client project contact
- Create and maintain project plans
- Coordinate Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams
- Coordinate delivery across Latin America and the United States
- Manage bank connectivity and integration workstreams
- Define and monitor engagement success factors
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Establish project governance and delivery compliance
- Lead client and internal status communication
- Improve delivery processes, automation, and efficiency
