About the Role
ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced leader to drive public policy and public sector engagement across the Middle East, including policymaker relationships, regulatory analysis, internal policy support, leadership counsel, government adoption, and policy campaigns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of public and private sector policy experience focused on AI and technology
- Strong knowledge of the Middle Eastern AI policy landscape
- Experience designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes
- Coalition-building experience
- Public policy experience across the UAE
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement with government bodies and officials across the Middle East
- Build relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations
- Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events
- Support internal policy development
- Advise leadership on regional policy trends and business implications
- Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services
- Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives
