About the Role

Lead ElevenLabs' public sector partnerships and government affairs efforts across India, engaging policymakers and stakeholders, tracking regulatory developments, shaping responsible AI frameworks, promoting government adoption of products and services, and implementing policy campaigns.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in public and private sector policy roles focused on AI and technology.
Strong knowledge of the Indian AI policy landscape.
Experience designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes.
Coalition-building experience.
Public policy experience across India.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and make informed decisions quickly.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement with government bodies and officials across India.
Build relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations.
Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events.
Support internal policy development with Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
Advise leadership on regional policy trends and business implications.
Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services.
Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives.
