About the Role
You will manage end-to-end proposals, RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and procurement portal submissions. You will coordinate inputs from commercial and specialist stakeholders, maintain sales documentation in internal systems, and improve RFP workflows and knowledge management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant sales, sales operations, or commercial experience
- B2B experience and understanding of end-to-end sales cycles
- Technical aptitude and hands-on Salesforce experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience managing large or complex projects
- Ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to deliver proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and sales documentation
- Coordinate end-to-end RFP and RFI processes and stakeholder inputs
- Handle security questionnaires and due-diligence requests
- Manage vendor registration and procurement portal submissions
- Build relationships with Finance, Legal, RevOps, Infosec, Services, and Sales
- Use Salesforce and internal systems to manage cases, proposals, and RFP/RFI documentation
- Improve RFP/RFI workflows and knowledge management
