About the Role
You will manage strategic pursuits from qualification through submission. You will interpret evaluation criteria, shape response strategies, coordinate sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security input, and deliver clear, compliant, persuasive submissions under demanding deadlines. You will also improve templates, content, automation, and processes after each bid.
Requirements
- Track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses
- Experience at a technology company preferred
- Fluency with AI and automation
- Experience shipping internal tooling or workflows
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Strong project management under deadline pressure
- Commercial judgment
- Additional languages beyond English are a bonus
- Experience with security or compliance questionnaires is a bonus
- Technical or pre-sales background is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Manage complex enterprise RFP and bid responses end to end
- Interpret evaluation criteria and shape response strategies
- Coordinate cross functional contributors review cycles and approvals
- Write and edit compliant persuasive proposals
- Run submissions through AI first systems
- Improve templates content and processes after each pursuit
