About the Role
Manage complex enterprise RFP and bid responses from qualification through submission, shape response strategies, coordinate contributors, drive reviews and sign-offs, write persuasive compliant responses, and turn recurring work into AI-enabled templates, content, and processes.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end
- Experience at a technology company
- AI and automation experience
- Experience shipping internal tooling or workflows
- Exceptional writing and editing
- Project management under deadline pressure
- Commercial judgment
- Experience with security or compliance questionnaires
- Technical or pre-sales background
- Additional languages beyond English
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic pursuits from qualification through submission
- Decode evaluator requirements
- Shape response strategies with account teams
- Coordinate input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security
- Drive submissions and sign-offs to completion
- Write and edit clear, compliant, and persuasive responses
- Use AI and automation in proposal work
- Systematize recurring work into templates, content, and processes
- Evaluate scoring criteria and response differentiation
- Identify pursuits that are not worth the effort
