About the Role

The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of Bitdeer's Clarington, Ohio datacenter project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, electrical coordination, compliance, reporting, and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Hands-on experience with medium- and low-voltage power supply and distribution systems.
  • Thorough understanding of construction contracts, compliance regulations, and architectural/engineering drawings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within a diverse, global team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning by defining scope, developing schedules, and establishing budgets.
  • Manage contractor selection, contract negotiation, and on-site supervision.
  • Ensure work meets quality standards and design specifications.
  • Mitigate budget, schedule, and on-site risks.
  • Ensure safety standards and compliance codes are met.
  • Provide project velocity updates and financial budget reports.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Perform related project and operational duties as assigned.
