About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of Bitdeer's Clarington, Ohio datacenter project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, electrical coordination, compliance, reporting, and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Hands-on experience with medium- and low-voltage power supply and distribution systems.
- Thorough understanding of construction contracts, compliance regulations, and architectural/engineering drawings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a diverse, global team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning by defining scope, developing schedules, and establishing budgets.
- Manage contractor selection, contract negotiation, and on-site supervision.
- Ensure work meets quality standards and design specifications.
- Mitigate budget, schedule, and on-site risks.
- Ensure safety standards and compliance codes are met.
- Provide project velocity updates and financial budget reports.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Perform related project and operational duties as assigned.
