About the Role
You will own supply chain execution for prototypes, new product introductions, and fleet launches. You will align materials, procurement, suppliers, upfitters, engineering, and operations to programme timelines, monitor KPIs, manage compliance, and reduce supply-chain risks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of supply chain programme management, NPI, and hardware operations experience
- BOM management, material planning, and procurement knowledge
- Automotive, consumer hardware, hardware, or robotics industry experience
- Knowledge of supplier compliance frameworks, including TISAX, ISO standards, and ethical sourcing
- Cross-functional programme management experience
- Analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain execution for assigned programmes and product builds
- Own end-to-end material readiness for programme milestones
- Align supply chain activities with engineering, planning, sourcing, logistics, finance, and supplier timelines
- Translate engineering BOMs and programme demand into procurement plans
- Identify long-lead and critical-path components
- Track material status and escalate risks
- Manage upfitter and partner relationships, milestones, and vehicle build readiness
- Define, track, and report supply chain KPIs and dashboards
- Analyse KPI trends and drive corrective actions
- Improve supply chain processes, reduce waste, and increase programme efficiency
- Ensure supplier compliance with legal, environmental, regulatory, and ethical sourcing requirements
- Manage supplier agreements, NDAs, risk controls, and contingency plans
