About the Role
You will own end-to-end delivery of AI-optimized data center capacity from planning through operational readiness. You will structure delivery programs, manage budgets and risks, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, align demand with site capacity, and provide executive program updates.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years in mission-critical facilities or data center operations
- Experience managing multi-site, vendor-heavy environments
- Expertise in electrical and mechanical systems
- Track record of improving uptime and performance
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of AI-optimized data center capacity from pre-contract planning through operational readiness
- Deliver MW-scale infrastructure aligned with AI system deployment targets
- Build integrated plans across real estate, power, design, procurement, construction, and deployment
- Orchestrate execution across internal teams and external partners
- Interface with colocation providers, EPCs, utilities, and vendors
- Resolve risks and blockers across power, equipment, permitting, and supply chain
- Maintain program budgets, CapEx forecasts, and capital allocation narratives
- Align build plans with power availability, network topology, and hardware rollout schedules
- Standardize build and commissioning processes
- Provide executive updates on program health, milestones, and risks
