About the Role
You will own the lifecycle of contractor, vendor, and BPO reviewers, including onboarding, offboarding, device and access provisioning. You will manage capacity requests and plans, improve operating processes, partner on access governance, and coordinate workforce operations with vendors and internal teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and device provisioning for contractor, vendor, or BPO workforces
- Experience operating scaled human-review programs with vendors or BPOs
- Experience scaling ad hoc or broken processes
- Knowledge of workforce capacity planning
- Knowledge of access and permission governance
- Experience partnering across operational teams
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and access provisioning for review workforces
- Triage and execute workforce-capacity requests
- Build scalable workforce processes with clear ownership and service levels
- Partner with IT and Security on access governance and access reviews
- Build and maintain workforce capacity plans
- Hold vendor partners accountable for capacity and onboarding commitments
- Align human-review practices across internal teams
- Help define the long-term Safeguards Enforcement workforce strategy
