About the Role
You will lead and scale data operations across mapping, labeling, triage, and future operational functions. You will establish data standards and workflows, manage vendor delivery and budgets, define tooling requirements, and use analytics to improve data quality, throughput, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of operations management or related experience
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary data-centric teams
- Experience managing globally distributed workforce vendors and BPO strategies
- Ability to architect, implement, and scale data-driven operational workflows
- Data analysis experience, including organizational business metrics
- Understanding of ML training for perception models, HD mapping, data infrastructure, and visualization tooling
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale data operations across mapping, labeling, triage, and future operational teams
- Define and refine data ontologies, operator policies, and data specifications
- Establish efficient workflows that deliver high volumes of quality labels, maps, and triage annotations
- Manage strategic vendors, including contracts, budgets, training, and policy adherence
- Define requirements for tooling and automation that reduce manual operational overhead
- Use data analytics to improve workflows, throughput, and quality control
